Psychological assistance
The establishment proposes psychological help via the university psychological aid office (BAPU). Separation, bereavement, psychological suffering, symptoms of trauma… students in vulnerable situations or those suffering psychologically can benefit from the support of psychotherapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, or social workers.
These consultations are covered 100% by Social Security and mutual insurance companies. There is no advance payment for students applying for this assistance. There is no limit to the number of sessions, and follow-up is provided for as long as the student needs it.
Appointments are at the request of the student concerned and are offered as quickly as possible depending on the degree of urgency and the number of places available. This is not an emergency service.

Free and confidential listening and support services
The Cnaé, national coordination for student support
Organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Cnaé is a listening, support and reporting system for students who are experiencing discomforting situations, violence or discrimination.
A free, confidential helpline staffed by professionals (psychologists, social workers) is available to answer questions, listen sympathetically and, if necessary, refer people to the appropriate resources. This platform can also be used to report situations that could be classified as criminal offences: discrimination, harassment, sexist and sexual violence.

Santé Psy Étudiant
Santé Psy Étudiant enables all students to seek the help of a psychologist who is a partner in the program. Students can take advantage of twelve free sessions with no advance payment; treatment is renewable.
1,400 psychologists are partners in the Santé Psy Etudiant program. Since 2021, more than 95,000 students have been helped by it.
