Côte de nacre Campus

With more than 34 000 students, Caen is a pleasant city in which to live, with different universities and colleges situated on five campuses.

ENSICAEN is located on Campus 2 ‘Côte de Nacre’, in the north of Caen, between the city centre and the sea, in the heart of the scientific hub of Caen.
In addition to scientific study programmes, a great number of research laboratories are situated on Campus 2 including ENSICAEN’s mixed research units.
ENSICAEN is comprised of more than 40 000 m² of buildings, of which 10 000 m² are dedicated to teaching and are situated on three different sites (Campus 2, site A – Campus 4, site B and Caligny Flers).

Côte de Nacre Campus offers a certain amount of facilities to enhance daily life.

You will find numerous places to eat, a gym, sport grounds, the scientific library of the University of Normandie, student accommodation run by the CROUS as well as a shopping mall. In addition to the student common room, ENSICAEN has a cafeteria in the school.
